Activision Blizzard and Indian Streaming Platform Loco to Host Call of Duty Mobile Event – The Esports Observer

Loco, the streaming platform owned by Indian digital entertainment company Pocket Aces, has announced a partnership with Activision Blizzard to host a major Call of Duty Mobile tournament series. The event will consist of two tournaments, and an open qualification cup followed by a 16-team “pro” competition. The total prize pool for the event will be INR 5 Lakhs ($6.75K USD).

Call of Duty Mobile received a surge of interest in India following the ban of PUBG Mobile. With the latter still awaiting the lift of its ban, the Indian market is open for other titles to break out and claim the region’s top spot.
