TSM Parent Company Announces ICON Talent Agency – The Esports Observer

 ICON, a new talent Los Angeles based management company that focuses on the gaming, streaming, and esports spaces, has announced that it is open for business. The company is looking to “foster the careers of those on their roster through branded content, influencer marketing, and the development of new business ventures.” 

A fully licensed California talent agency, ICON is owned by Swift Media Entertainment, the parent company of North American esports organization TSM.

Damian Skoczylas will lead ICON as its managing director. Skoczylas got his start in traditional Hollywood management, but has for some time now dived into the digital entertainment landscape. At ICON, he will focus on branded entertainment, creative dealmaking, marketing, and representation of top-tier digital-native talent.

Before joining ICON, Skoczylas served as SVP of talent at Bottle Rocket Management, SVP of talent at Studio71, head of talent development at AwesomenessTV, and was senior talent manager at Fullscreen, focusing on digital-native talent growth, development, and revenue generation. He also worked for Untitled Entertainment, in the talent and branded entertainment departments.
